The ANNAN War Memorial in Dumfries-shire.

The only man on the WW2 panels that I cannot identify is

ELLIOTT, W. S. Royal Artillery.

Any ideas folks Confused

WW2 Service returns show

William Stewart Elliott RNVR DoD 09/01/1942
and
William Sommerville Elliott RAC DoD 24/06/1944.

Possibles??
