TO THE GLORY OF GOD / AND IN MEMORY OF / GEORGE CHRYSTIE / MAJOR IN THE 25TH CAVALRY INDIAN / FRONTIER FORCE, THIRD SON OF COLONEL / G. CHRYSTIE I.A. OF SHORT HEATH LODGE / BORN 9TH MARCH 1872 KILLED / IN ACTION WITH RAIDERS ON THE N.W. / FRONTIER OF INDIA ON THE 2ND MAY 1913. / GREATLY BELOVED.
