Missing near Krithia Gallipoli Dardanelles.
There is a picture

Irvine Herald Friday July 23, 1915
"THE DARDANELLES OPERATIONS
4th Royal Scots Fusiliers
Heavy Loss of Ayrshire Officers
The 4th Royal Scots Fusiliers took part in the Dardanelles operations on 12th inst., and the casualty list printed on Monday shows that the losses among the officers has been very severe

IRVINE
The news which reached Irvine on Saturday afternoon last to the effect that two populars offices of the local Company of the Royal Scots Fusiliers were officially accounted for as "missing" at the Dardanelles caused a feeling of anxiety throughout the town. Captain Archibald Kenneth, who commanded "B" Company, is one of the missing officers and Second Lieutenant Matthew B McCall is the other.
Captain Kenneth was captain of the Irvine Company for several years prior to mobilisation in August last, and in military circles he was recognised as a very able and most efficient officer, being popular with the officers and the non-commissioned ranks. A son of Mrs Kenneth, Shewalton, he is a member of the well-known Ayrshire colliery firm of Messrs J Kenneth and Sons. Captain Kenneth was married about a year ago.
Lieutenant Matthew McCall ........
We sincerely hope that two such gallant officers have not lost their lives but are only temporarily lost to their country's service, and that the forcing of the Dardanelles, in which they were engaged, will see them restored safe and sound to their comrades"

Captain Kenneth is also on the Irvine Memorial
