"Jaime C Brown" could be:

Name: BROWN, JAMES CAVET
Initials: JC

Panel Reference: Panel 98 (Addenda)

The Academy Roll of Honour records Jaime C Brown as being a Second Lieutenant in the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders but does not record him as dying. The fact that he is on the addenda panel of the memorial implies that his death may not have been notified by the time the Roll was published.
