This book " The Book of Remembrance of the John Ker Memorial United Free Church, Edinburgh " comprising a record of the names of all those belonging to the congregation who served in the Great War 1914 -1918 together with lists of the killed , the wounded , and the specially honoured .

Compiled and published by the Council of the Society of Christian Scots

1920

Foreword by John Keddie Graham, chieftain, Robert Baillie , standard bearer, Agnes L Hogarth , scribe the Society of Christian Scots

John Ker Memorial Church merged with Candlish Church in 1981 to form Polwarth Parish Church. In 1984 the former John Ker Memorial Church in Polwarth Gardens was demolished
