I did think about that , and viewed the player profiles. Two made their brief appearances in seasons prior to the Great War;

Charles Neilson: 1910-11 to 1911-12
James Neilson: 1911-12

A very prompt reply from Aberdeen Football Club. They intend to add Alex Halkett to the memorial at some future point. I have asked them to keep me updated.
