In Fogo Parish Church, printed by George Waterstone of Edinburgh.

It includes 10 casualties who are the 10 casualities on the civic lychgate.

It's high up and the lighting wasn't great, so the close-ups are quite fuzzy. If someone is looking for a name on it, you might be better to click on the front view, opening it full-screen and zooming-in.

I also took a dictaphone recording of all the names if anything is illegible.
