This section is here to assist you in pursuing a case for submission to the CWGC.

In the course of your research you may have located a man who you believe is not commemorated by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. You can post the information you have in this section and we can assist you with finding further information which will either rule out a man as a possible submission, or will help to gather more evidence to support a case.

Once you are ready to submit your evidence you can either send it via a third party or send it yourself directly.

There are several third party groups which can submit your evidence for you. The In From The Cold Project have been doing this for some time. It can also be submitted by us, the Scottish Military Research Group.

If you prefer to submit it yourself, then we can provide guidance for how to submit - we can provide a guide letter which can be amended for your own submission.
