Does this mean Alex Laird will get a Military stone? He is presently lying in a unmarked grave in Neilston

Dear Mr Drennan,
I am writing further to your correspondence with our Enquiries team regarding the grave of Private Alexander Laird in Neilston Cemetery. We have now received the necessary permissions from the cemetery authority to install a standard war pattern Commission headstone on the grave.
We wish to make contact with direct relatives of Private Laird before proceeding further and I understand you have contact details? I would be grateful if you could provide me with these and also clarify the relationship to Private Laird.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards
Mo
