The original location of this plaque is unknown, but it is currently on display in Low Parks Museum in Hamilton as part of the "Lanarkshire's War 100 Years On" exhibition.

Captian Keith is also named on Hamilton Grammar School WW1 Memorial and on Hamilton Old Parish Church memorial.
