UKNIWM Ref: 44321
Location in Kirkbean Parish Church at OS Map Ref: NX 980 591
This is a memorial to a military family and the entry for Capt Blackett counts as a war memorial. The memorial consists of the plaque and a church organ, UKNIWM reports that the organ was absent in 1998. Certainly there is a fairly new and modest organ in place now (May 2007). If anyone has a photo of the original organ, could they post it please?
Surprisingly Capt Blackett does not seem to be listed on SNWM.
