Robert Logan – age 25 – Second Lieutenant, 4th Battalion, King's Own Scottish Borderers.
Robert as Corporal (1254) in the Lothians and Border Horse Yeomanry landed with his squadron in France in September 1915 and served with the Regiment as Corporal (120106) until he was commissioned in the KOSB in April 1917.
Born 1893 in Legerwood as Abram Robert Logan. Son of James and Mary (Dickinson) Logan of Birkhill, Legerwood.
Killed in Action on 20 October 1918 and buried in Caudry British Cemetery, France.
