Oran Mor is a blonde sandstone pub/restaurant/ auditorium complex located at the intersection of Great Western Road and Byers Road, in the West end of Glasgow. It was formerly Kelvinside Parish Church.
There is an inscription over the door that opens onto Great Western Road.
THE EIGHT BELLS IN THIS SPIRE, THE GIFT OF A GLASGOW ACADEMICAL,
ARE DEDICATED TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN MEMORY OF THE BOYS
OF GLASGOW AND KELVINSIDE ACADEMIES, AND OF THIS CHURCH, WHO
FELL IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 - 1918
