Found the following article recently which indicates that a Roll of Honour existed for the church. There was no sign of this, or mention of it, when I visited the church back in 2007;
PERTHSHIRE ADVERTISER: 09.11.1921
STANLEY
HEROES ALL
A beautifully illuminated Roll of Honour, containing the names of 129 men belonging to the Parish Church who served in the King’s Forces during the war, was handed over to the Kirk-Session on Sunday night by Dr Sibbald, in name of the congregation, and will be hung in the church vestibule.

I wonder if it was the same design as other church of Scotland Rolls we have on here? if so I hope it was considered worth keeping by someone and is in storage.
Thanks
