Stirling Observer 4 November 2015
War Heroes will be honoured with new window at church
Planning permission has been approved for a stained glass window at one of the area's finest churches in honour of soldiers who lost their lives during World War One.
The Church of the Holy Rude at the Top of the Town wants to install the window as a memorial to the soldiers of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders killed in battle during the conflict.
(The article continues and there is a picture of the suggested design) |
