Peter Brown Wood Lt Army Audit Corps formerly 4th Royal Scots b Cullen, Banffshire Age 22 Died Cairo 25-Sep-16 Son of James Wood, Fish Curer & Christina (nee McKenzie) Wood, Blantyre St; Cullen. Will: 15 Oct 1917. Attended Fordyce Academy and was a Student of Law at EU 1913-1914. He was a Pte in the 4th Royal Scots in 1913 and was mobilized in August 1914. He was attached to the Army Audit Staff and commissioned Lt in March 1916. Wounded 25 Sep 1915. MI: C(N)408.

He was a Lance Corporal in 6th Bn Gordon Highlanders.
He died on 27th May 1940 Aged 19 years.
Service Number 2881637
Son of Alexander M & Mary G McCulloch, Cullen, Banffshire.
He is buried in Nieuwkerk Churchyard in Belgium.
