The memorial is above the main gate - best seen on the way out.

Many of the Memorials listed on this Forum are in the Highlanders' Regimental Museum. The museum does not allow photography; however, I will ask the next time I visit.

Flash photography will be out due to potential damage to fabric, but mentioning this forum should help. I used to walk under this on my way to work each day, long before I was interested in memorials, shamed to say I never looked up Embarassed

Roxy

Thanks for posting this memorial. We now have the full set of the Seaforth's Great War memorial plaques on the forum.

Fort George, Elgin, Dornoch, Tain, Stornoway and Wick.

We also have the memorial cross at Fampoux in France.

No problem. It is the least I could do; the 8432 deserved at least that.

I was unaware of another similar plaque in Dingwall. This has now been posted on the forum here
