Mostly men from the Merchant Navy. One lost on the Rawalpindi too.

I notice two men died after the war and are listed as "From War Injury". Can anyone make out what year George Irvine died?

I see three men have two locations listed one in Shetland and the other on the mainland (two Leith, one Edinburgh)

Here are the two soldiers

IRVINE, ROBERT LAWRENCE
Rank: Private
Regiment/Service: Gordon Highlanders
Unit Text: 2nd Bn.
Age: 25
Date of Death: 05/08/1943
Service No: 2879052
Additional information: Son of Robert and Gifford B. Irvine, of Isbister, Zetland.
Casualty Type: Commonwealth War Dead
Grave/Memorial Reference: 6. C. 10.
Cemetery: KANCHANABURI WAR CEMETERY

ROBERTSON, THOMAS BRUCE
Rank: Lance Corporal
Regiment/Service: Royal Armoured Corps
Age: 26
Date of Death: 21/10/1944
Service No: 7933232
Additional information: Son of John Robertson, and of Christina Robertson (nee Bruce), of Brough, Whalsay Isle.
Casualty Type: Commonwealth War Dead
Cemetery: BROUGH CHURCHYARD
