James Rae Elder Chapman died at home in Appin Terrace, Edinburgh on 10 June 1921, the son of William and Barbara Chapman. He was 24 years old. Cause of death: Phthisis Pulmonaris.
Silver War Badge record show him as being discharged 7 October 1919, rank Private, Service Number S 256817. His Pension Card records his discharge as a result of Tubercle of the Lung attributable to his service.
He is interred in Saughton Cemetery.
His case has gone forward to CWGC on 26 April. |
