‘Spoons’ recently posted a photo of the congregation’s Great War memorial in Troqueer Church in Dumfries on the Great War Discussion Forum. It lists two VC holders. Jedburgh has a Great War VC man listed (Mespot 1920) and a WW2 GC. (The Naval Officer who dived into a sinking U-boat to capture an Enigma machine).
With the VC and GC in the news this week I was wondering if anyone knows of another Scottish memorial which lists two VCs holders or an equivalent?
