A couple of things here.
Kinnoull was a civil parish of Perthshire and so I thought that the parish memorial may have been within the church.
However it quite clearly is for the 'members & adherents'.
I'm assuming therefore that Kinnoull was included in the Perth City listings for the 'Golden Book'.
Stranglely there was no WW2 plaques which I mentioned to the ladies on duty. They said their church archivist would be in touch, but nothing so far. I did do a bit of googling which suggested the gates and railings at the front are the WW2 memorial but I don't think there is anything to particularly distinguish them. |

I have received information from a lady at the Church who states the gate IS the WW2 memorial and has some nice Ironwork to it. I will get back to see this at some point. |

WMR 81737 for WW1 and 81738 for the WW2 Gates, which were restored in 2017- see this blog post from the church (although the blog says they are a WW1 memorial!)-
