Scottish Monuments, Memorials & Architectural Sculpture
A place just like this forum to post those monuments and sculptures which are off topic here but have been worth photographing.
http://scottishmonuments.s2.bizhat.com/
It's only new so it's till a bit sparse but there's a bit of everything in there. Here's some examples
Monuments - The loss of the Annie Jane, one of Scotland's worst martime disasters
Gravestones - a 1761 headstone in Old Larbert Cemetery which is a work of art.
Scupltures - Scotland's newest public sculpture - Stoddart's James Clerk Maxwell
Architectural bas-reliefs - Classical themes from the old Midlothian Council Chambers
War memorials - Some of Carrick's finest work.
There's lots more of the above, plus some gargoyles, the oldest lead sculpture in the Uk, and a tribute to a town cat!
Even if you don't want to post just have a dip in and see what sort of interesting things are dotted around our country.
Cheers
