Not on UKNIWM.
This is the Memorial to Capt William MacFARLAN , Black Watch, 1887-1899.
Killed in action 11 December 1899.
Captain William MacFarlan was one of Six Captains killed in the Boer War of 1899- 1902: per the Roll of honour located in the same room in the museum.
Located in the Boer War Room at the Black Watch Museum, Balhousie Castle Perth.

Thank you to John Burnett for adding this photo to the index and also for the Black Watch Trust allowing me to photograph the various memorial plaques within the Boer War Room and the Great War Room of the Black Watch Museum at Perth .
