OS map ref: NG864893
Not strictly a war memorial but these information boards commemorate the role of Loch Ewe as an important base for the convoys during the Second World War.
Situated just north of Aultbea on minor road - located at site of former anti-aircraft position.

Such is today's education system and poor journalistic skills. The " sound it out " system fails miserably here.
Is it a memorial? Not so sure. _________________ Jim
