The UK Inventory of War Memorials have a list of Jacobite Rebellion memorials in both Scotland and England and they list this one

Tablet made of slate
Frame made of Granite to the Jacobite Army of 4th - 6th December 1745
1945 :
"This tablet commemorates the reading of prayers in this church by the Chaplains of the Army of Prince Charles between the 4th and 6th of December 1745 when in the words of Lord George MURRAY many of our officers and people took the sacrament the Chaplains prayed for King James / Charles Prince of Wales and Regent and Henry Duke of York . "
