Harry Whittet, Pvt. 149765, M.G.C. is commemorated on Bendochy War Memorial, Perthshire.
His pension record survives but in a rather different format to which I have usually encountered.
He died in Kilgraston Hospital, Bridge of Earn, Perthshire on 15th February, 1921 from Valvular Disease of Heart.
This corresponds to the condition on his Pension Card which was attributable to strain of war service.
Case forwarded today by Terry Denham for consideration.
