Not sure that we have ever fully considered various wartime plaques so here are a couple of examples for us to consider. What I am asking is.... do we want to record these as war memorials? or perhaps record them 'off-topic' or even have a separate section for them?
This one is in Dumfries Council Offices
and this is one of a number in Biggar Museum
