I have been researching the names on our Church Memorial (Kilmuir Easter Church) and amongst the names were those of twin brothers, John & Francis Teggart who were both killed during WWI.
John Teggart was a Captain in the R.A.M.C. and thanks to this forum I was pointed in the direction of the R.A.M.C. website and was able to find an entry for him there. It was a very sparse and sad looking entry, so I emailed them with the information that I had been able to gather about him.
I have received an email from them informing me that they have checked my information, done a little of their own and have updated his entry. I am delighted (and so chuffed) to report that his entry on the R.A.M.C website now has a good deal of information about him and also a lovely photograph.
Thank you all for your help and advice, I could have not done it without you.
Very proud and pleased. _________________ LizzieRB
