Gourdon - Kincardine & Deeside District
UKNIWM Ref No. 8683
The Gourdon war memorial is an obelisk on tapering pedestal and base, in polished grey granite. The commemoration and names of the dead are listed in painted lettering on the faces of the pedestal.
The monument stands at Selbie Place.
(Note-there are only 4 names listed for WWII and I'm a bit concerned that I've missed a list of WWII names on one side of the pedestal. I'll post the entry as it is for now and hopefully will confirm the WWII names soon)
