This document lists Scottish battles and skirmishes and even ranks them in order of cultural significance!
http://www.battlefieldstrust.com/media/662.pdf
pages 17 & 18 will be useful to us since they list battlefield monuments

That is a cracking link. Commemorative stone on the North Inch? I know of a plaque on a building on Charlotte Street opposite the Inch. This will require some investigation.
I knew of Clavers Tomb etc. Here is a link to the Killiecrankie Commemorative Walk. I fancy doing this at some point:

I think that the Killiecrankie site is slightly misleading as it seem to indicate that the battle was between 'loyal' Scottish troops, commanded by 'Bonnie Dundee', and another 'less loyal' army of Scots. This was not the case; this battle was between 2 Scottish factions; the pro-Stuart Jacobites and the pro-British government troops of Mackay. Who was loyal depends entirely on where the individuals loyalty lies!
I do concur, however, that the original link is interesting as is the Killiecrankie walk.
