I found this site after looking at Kevin Kelly’s query on a Niddry man.
It is a new memorial and has a distinctive and unusual subject for the statue – a Napoleonic Drummer boy. The names are for both world wars though.
A lot of work and thought has gone into both the war memorial and website.
