A very good link.
I don't know what anyones else's experience with contacting Church of Scotland ministers are but the answers I got to some letters I sent about war memorials in churches a few years ago ranged from some who couldn't be more helpful to other's who were the complete opposite. In fact the unhelpfulness put me off contacting clergy when I was compiling my war memorials list.
Hopefully others out there may have more positive results.

Very mixed results for me, one was very helpful and informative, another even pointed me at some unlisted memorials in a primary school but another minister did not return my phone call! |
