I'm doing a talk at Portsoy Salmon Bothy 1st May and went up the other day to find out more about the place.
I was planning to do WWI as I've 12,7000+ on my database but on the flyer outside they had me down to do WWII as well.
I have details off CWGC of a few but had no details.
The details on the memorial are on the site so if you could find out anything regarding them I would like that very much.

There is nothing on them, as they were not casualties. _________________ Jim

Hello and thanks for your help ,There has been an update to this post.My father has found his granfather death penny and located a old document held together with tape . In it has him buried then later on in the war his body was removed and reburied in Amara War Cemetery, and his army number is on it as S/7730 died from wounds.
I am now a very happy man now I have proof that he is my Great grandfather
cheers
