The Strathtay U.F. Memorial still exists and is now located in Strathtay Parish Church. I did not see the Roll of Honour, described as under, on my visit in 2007;
"The Roll of Honour, which has been placed in the vestibule of the church is in the form of an oak framed scroll of appropriate design in black lettering, which reads as follows:-
Strathtay United Free Church. An abiding record of the men from this church who served in the Great War, 1914-1919.
John Adamson, John Birney, D. M. Conacher, John Duff, Thomas Duff, William Duff, Alexander Fraser, A. J. Fraser, M.M., James Fraser, Robert Fraser, Thomas Fraser, William Macintosh, A. M. Macnaughton, M.M., A. R. Macnaughton, H. B. Macnaughton, Peter Macnaughton, Ronald Macnaughton, Charles Robertson, John Robertson, J. M. Sim, Mungo Stewart, Peter Turner". |
