I'm grateful to the members of Motherwell Baptist Church for allowing me access to their Communion Table which contains the names of those who died in both World Wars:
The Scottish Baptist Magazine lists one casualty associated with Motherwell Baptist Church whose name doesn't appear on the memorial. I believe the casualties to be:

Laidlaw, Robert, Pte, S/3131, 9th GH, DOW 04/12/1915, F&F

Do we know the names from WW2 sections of the table? I can see 3 names on the left hand side but there appears to be some on the right hand side. Any photographs of that, please?
Thanks.

Hello Morag
That particular panel has no names on it. It is a quote from the Bible, John 15:13:
"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friend."
