Thanks Ken. Found a Stirling laddie on there. I knew Hector Munro had worked for the Commercial Bank (as did his father) but didn't know there was a memorial.

I don't know the electric Scotland website, but that's my transcription which I uploaded to the Internet Archive.
That's one of the hazards of uploading there- it's free for anyone to help themselves to it. In this instance I'm not bothered but I've seen people selling discs of data on ebay with this transcription included - that's not on. |

Anne - there are biographies to the 1582 members of staff of the various banks which are now part of the RBS Group.
